General Return Policy

At JN Kitchen & Bath, your satisfaction is our top priority.

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, undamaged, and resalable condition.

Shopping for your home should be enjoyable and stress-free. If an item isnโ€™t quite right, you may return it for a refund within 30 days, as long as it meets the above conditions.

Outbound shipping charges collected on your order are non-refundable, including:

  • Standard shipping fees for orders under $50
  • Upgraded shipping services (e.g., expedited, express, or room-of-choice delivery)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Products marked โ€œNon-Returnableโ€ on the product page
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or used
  • Open box or clearance items
  • Glass panels, doors, or similar fragile products
  • Special Order items

Special Orders

Products marked as Special Order are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned once the order is placed.

Estimated lead times for Special Orders may vary due to supply chain or shipping delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience with these items.


Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled after payment is processed will incur a 5% credit card surcharge fee. This fee covers non-refundable transaction costs charged by our payment processor.

How to Return an Item

After submitting the form, you will receive detailed return instructions via email within 24โ€“48 hours.


Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. These costs vary depending on your location, item size, and weight.

Delivery or service charges collected at checkout are non-refundable. If a delivery is refused upon arrival, applicable return shipping and handling fees will also be deducted from your refund.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, has missing parts, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.


Changed Your Mind After Starting a Return?

If you have submitted a return request but changed your mind, you can cancel your return anytime before shipping the product back.

Simply reply to your return confirmation email with:
Subject: โ€œCancel My Returnโ€
Include your order number in the message.


Large Item & Flooring Returns

Large items (typically over 10" x 10" x 10") and flooring materials may be returned within 48 hours of delivery, provided they:

  • Have not been installed
  • Are in their original packaging

Please inspect your order upon delivery:

  1. Check the packaging for any damage
  2. Verify the product name and model number match your order
  3. Inspect the item before installation

If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, do not accept delivery. Notify the delivery driver and contact us immediately for a replacement.

Once a large item or flooring product has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return. Some manufacturers may also charge a restocking fee for large item returns.


Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as new orders.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued:

  • Store credit: within 24 hours
  • Original payment method: within 3โ€“5 business days

Return shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. You may place your new order before or after the refund is processed.


Warranty Information

We offer a 1-year warranty on electrical items, faucets, and toilets only.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal residential use during the warranty period.

Please note that:

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Repairs or replacements under warranty are provided at our discretion.
