We proudly offer delivery on a wide range of products — including vanities, toilets, shower doors, bathtubs, faucets, bathroom accessories, and more — right to your door.
Delivery is available within 160 km of our showroom.

Within 50 km of our showroom
• Orders over $2,500 → 🚚 $100 delivery fee
• Orders under $2,500 → 🚚 $150 delivery fee

50 km – 100 km from our showroom
• Orders over $2,500 → 🚚 $150 delivery fee
• Orders under $2,500 → 🚚 $200 delivery fee

100 km – 150 km from our showroom
• Minimum order of $3,500 → 🚚 $250 delivery fee

Over 150 km or remote areas
Additional charges and handling fees apply.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

🏡 I live in a house. Where will the delivery team leave the boxes?

Our standard service is curbside delivery. Items will be placed in your driveway or garage (if easily accessible). Our delivery team does not enter homes.
A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, the delivery will be rescheduled for an additional fee.

🏢 I live in a condo or apartment. Where will the boxes be left?

Deliveries are curbside only — typically at the first accessible entry to your building. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your order. If no one is available, the delivery will be rescheduled for an additional fee.

🔄 Can I change my delivery date?

Yes! You may reschedule your delivery up to 24 hours before your scheduled date. Changes made within 24 hours will incur an additional fee.

⏰ Can I choose my delivery window?

Specific delivery windows cannot be selected. Our logistics team will assign a three-hour delivery window. We do our best to accommodate requests, but exact times cannot be guaranteed.

🚫 What happens if no one is home for delivery?

If no one is available to receive your order, it will be rescheduled, and additional delivery charges will apply.

💪 Do I have to assist with unloading?

No assistance is required. Our delivery team will unload and place items curbside only. Once delivered, you are responsible for moving products inside and for their care.
